This may be a good example to most of my friend out there.... esp, METIS, LEONG, DINO, RON and ME (HEHEHEHEHEHEHE)...... The 6 pack is the best thing that you can have it........ We can do all this thing at home...... light weight may be good enough already...... important thing is motivation, what is your target and what you want your body to be.....
