Hello guys, sorry for the late updated again... as usual... this week is the busy week of the months.... then today is my 1st weekend off till Sunday... then next week maintenance is only 2 days for 5 days of work....
Then this week at gym was a short days of workout because Monday and Tuesday didn't go to gym and back in gym on Wednesday and do super workout which are Shoulder and Chest together. And on Thursday also the same super workout again.... do Back and Bicep together.... Then yesterday on Friday, continue badminton tournament and lose the game again......
Night time back at home just do some part-time job, which is checking something online.... and check something for my ride.... hehehe...... it look cool....
